sustainability

Our built environment is currently the world's single largest contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, and also consumes around a third of our water and generates 40 per cent of our waste.

Our lighting control system can significantly reduce your energy consumption and it delivers on a number of sustainability targets

Not only does it work best with LED lights, the combination of the motion sensor, and light harvesting capability deliver even greater results in terms of environmental and commercial value.

The system relies on a revolutionary Australian designed and developed sensor that enables lights to run at a lesser wattage and to turn on and off when needed. It’s smart enough to know when there is enough natural light in areas and dims the lights up and down to suit the light level required while also reducing the energy level the light is using.

Whether you’re a building owner, operator or occupant, creating a green community or looking to live more sustainably, Green Star offers a framework of best practice benchmarks for sustainability that you – and the marketplace – can trust

Green Star

Green Star is a voluntary sustainability rating system for buildings in Australia. The Green Star rating system assesses the sustainability of projects at all stages of the built environment lifecycle. Ratings can be achieved at the planning phase for communities, during the design, construction or fitout phase of buildings, or during the ongoing operational phase.
